Le lab PCG de NaTran R&I obtient la reconduction du Label Trust Metrology

28.04.2026

Created by the Collège Français de Métrologie (CFM), the Trust Metrology Label assesses an organization's practices across its entire measurement process. During an on-site audit, an independent assessor examines a family of criteria: identification of measurements critical to end-product quality, metrology and management processes, environmental factors, control of uncertainties, calibration and verification management, traceability of measurement data. Its conclusions are then presented to a committee of experts made up of metrology managers from major industrial groups, heads of consulting firms and heads of accredited laboratories. If the criteria are met, the committee awards the label for three years.

A rising score and recognized strengths

For this renewal, the PCG label obtained a score of 87/100, up on the first label. The committee of experts highlighted "a number of strengths in the management of measurement processes, in particular the importance attached to skills management for personnel involved in the metrology function, and the detailed definition of specifications expected via commercial technical offers."

Pierre Roy, manager of the lab, puts this renewal in perspective: "This label is the culmination of our daily work, our attention to the comments made during the first inspection, and the fundamental improvements that have legitimized our positioning in terms of a high standard of quality".

Metrology, the cornerstone of technical excellence

In addition to external recognition, this label provides a framework for maintaining high standards and ensuring that metrology remains a cornerstone of NaTran's and NaTran R&I's technical excellence. In a context where the reliability of gas analyses is essential to support the energy transition, this requirement directly conditions the credibility of the results produced vis-à-vis the Group's partners and stakeholders.
